Meet Coach E

This is not a typical coaching business.

I am Erika Patterson-Lovelace — a Strategic Life and Leadership Coach, author, mother of four, wife, full-time professional, entrepreneur, and student. I have been through all of it.

Eight surgeries. Grief. Single parenting. Bad relationships. Logging in at 11pm because it was the only quiet hour — then choosing between work, homework, self-care, or sleep. I know what it costs to carry too much without a system.

I did not create the Blueprint to Clarity from research. I built it to save my own life. And now I use it with every client who comes through this door.

But I did not only survive it. I ran it.

Before building Healthy Living Coaching, LLC, I spent years in operations and client leadership — building workflows, hiring and onboarding staff, standing up back-end systems, sourcing vendors, running events, and helping people launch businesses. I have done the work I coach on, from inside the building. That is why the Strategic Leadership Suite exists: because the chaos inside a company and the chaos inside the person leading it are never separate problems.
