Healthy Living Coaching, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through healthylivingcoachingllc.com, why we collect it, how we store it, and the choices you have.
We do not collect, process, or store medical, health, disability, or diagnosis-related information about you. In corporate engagements, we do not collect that information about any individual employee.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your information is stored in the systems we use to run this business. These include HoneyBook, which handles all contracts, invoices, payments, and client portals; Google Workspace, which holds forms, spreadsheets, and file storage; Netlify, which hosts this website and receives website form submissions; and our email provider.
Each of these providers maintains its own security practices and privacy commitments. Payment card information is handled by our payment processor. Healthy Living Coaching, LLC does not store your full payment card number.
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services to you and to meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
The content of your coaching sessions and the information you share with Coach E are held in confidence, except as required by law, or where disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or to another person. The full confidentiality terms are set out in your signed coaching agreement.
Coaching is not a licensed healthcare service. It is not protected by therapist-client, physician-patient, or attorney-client privilege.
Where an organization sponsors coaching for an individual participant, the sponsoring organization will never receive individual coaching communications, session content, or participant-attributable information. Sponsors receive organizational engagement metrics only, which are aggregate and non-attributable.
The assessment asks about your goals and your current situation so we can point you toward the right starting point. Your responses are used to generate your recommendation and, if you provide your email address, to follow up with you.
The Gate 1 boundary check exists to determine whether coaching is an appropriate fit. If your responses indicate that what you are carrying would be better served by a licensed professional, you will be shown crisis and referral resources instead of a booking link. We do not use your Gate 1 response for marketing.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, email connect@healthylivingcoachingllc.com and we will delete it.
We publish client testimonials only with the client's written authorization. You may choose how you are identified and revoke your authorization in writing at any time. Every published testimonial carries the following disclaimer: "Individual results vary. Client outcomes depend on personal effort, commitment, and individual circumstances."
Healthy Living Coaching, LLC provides only coaching and strategic support services. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, crisis intervention, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, safety planning, I-O psychology, HR advisory, performance evaluation, fitness-for-duty assessment, legal advice, or financial advice.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or immediate safety concern, contact 911, proceed to the nearest emergency room, or call, text, or chat 988. Our website forms and email are not monitored for emergencies and must never be used to report an emergency.
